The comment was made in jest, but the spirit of what she said is spot-on. At Funk and Little, we take great pride in our ability to read an old house and tease its clues to deliver a period-appropriate finished product.  We especially enjoy this challenge when it's married to 21st century living.  For example, how do you incorporate a flat panel television and top notch home theater system into a Victorian-era front parlor and still have it look right? That's a challenge.
